Xtreme Heights Motorsports

Brandon Zollman, Owner of Xtreme Heights Motorsports, has two main goals for a new website:

  1. A more personalized site that embodies his customer first approach.
  2. Promoting his in-store selection of Accessories and Riding Gear.

On Going Project

Many more updates are in the works to help grow awareness and the traffic to the Xtreme Heights Motorsports website. There is an online store for Xtreme Heights Motorsports also. I'll be writing about this more as the project moves forward.

Island Express Lube & Car Wash

Owner Arnie Peasley two main concerns when he began talking to me about a new website for Island Express Lube and Car Wash:

  1. Having a customized website that looked and felt like his business.
  2. Spreading the word about new products like Automotive Accessories.

Meeting With Island Express Lube

During my initial meeting with Arnie we discussed his customers and his business. He offered a lot of great incites about his customers which became crucial elements of his website. Especially because there are specific services his customers most often look for.

A Great Exprience Online And Offline

Arnie and his team strive to create a great experiences for their customers every visit. To make a better online experience for his customers too I put important information in easy to find places on the website.

Testimonial

I would recommend Jayson’s services to any business owner who needs a web page. The customer service is outstanding and the recommendations he made for my page were fantastic. I have had many compliments on how user friendly and professional- looking my website is. He went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of me, not to mention having someone local to contact. Again, Thank You.”

Fenn's Towing & Repair

Dennis and Karen Fenn had two main goals for a new website:

  1. Improving the accuracy of the information on their website.
  2. Using their own photographs.

Commercial & Companies

Their business focuses on the commercial industry and trucking companies. So the primary focus of their website is Heavy Duty Towing.

To ensure accuracy and complete transparency I created a page that’s entire purpose was to educate about their Heavy Duty Towing service. Which encompasses a variety of services and scenarios.

Photo Highlights

Because the Fenn’s are proud of the work they’ve done over their 20+ years in business I also created a Gallery page. This has allowed them to highlight some of their more recent towing and recovery adventures. These picture also provide accurate visual reference of their Heavy Duty Towing service.

Oregon Owl Pellets

When Jorge came to me with the idea of taking his business online I told him it was going to be a lot of work, eCommerce websites require a lot of maintenance. Jorge really only had one goal:

  1. Sell Owl Pellets online, across the U.S.

Making Customer Focused Adjustments

After talking to Jorge at the beginning of the project and doing my own extensive research, it was clear that schools were his primary customers. The original version of his site focused on a teacher and kid friendly design. However after nearly a year without sales Jorge contacted me again. It was clear that we’d need to make changes and streamline the content. I reviewed his analytics data and was able to confirm his highest traffic pages, the others I removed or consolidated. In addition Jorge also released new products and product bundles.

Small But Competitive Industry

The Owl Pellet industry is very competitive but Jorge has been able to make more sales. By incorporating PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising Campaigns, Google Ads, he has been able to grow his sales. A year later his orders per month are consistent and steadily rising.

Seasonal Products And Slow Sales

Owl Pellet sales are seasonal. The majority of customers are educators so summer time is a slower time of year for Jorge's business.

Regular Site Updates

For a site to be effective and stay competitive it is often necessary to have consistent updates. Even with consistent sales it’s likely we’ll need to revisit Jorge's site soon to help him grow his business. For example such changes could be adding new products, removing or changing low traffic pages, or streamlining content and design. These changes can happen at a variety of intervals but should happen at least once a year for optimum results.
